The estate is suitable for all endurance levels, with various paths, tracks and the challenging climb up to the main road which will bring out the adventurer in you.

Birding
Walkerson's Estate is situated in an unusual “sub- alpine biosphere”. Our birdlife and flowers are unique.

Fishing
There are 13 well stocked dams on the Estate for both novice and experienced fly-fishermen to enjoy. This permit covers the fishing rules of the estate. We do have a fishing bailiff who conducts regular checks on equipment & permits, so please carry your permit with you at all times.
We recommend that dark glasses be worn against the glare of the water and sun block is applied regularly even in overcast conditions. It is extremely dangerous to fish during a thunderstorm.

Horse Riding
Dullstroom Riding Centre is based right next door to the Walkerson's Hotel.
Owned and run by Dave, who have many years of experience and a stable of very well trained horses that will offer you a memorable experience.
